SERVICESHome Watchers of Sarasota is a property management service which protects your home while you are away. Our clients main concerns, while away from their homes, are TOXIC MOLD and WATER DAMAGE. HW offers a client specific, customized inspection program which will ensure you have peace of mind while you are away. Experience shows, that in the right environment, mold can take over in a matter of days. Many insurance carriers will give a discount to absentee homeowners for employing a professional home watch service. Your Home and PropertyHome Watchers of Sarasota will perform a detailed inspection of your home and property by running all faucets, flushing toilets and check for the following: roof, window, plumbing, and water heater leaks, appliances, lighting problems, pest infestation, and security issues. The water heater can be an issue with water damage as well. If the tank bursts and is left unattended the water can seep into walls, under carpet, onto wood flooring, and into window treatments leaving you at high risk of TOXIC MOLD. Home Watchers of Sarasota will walk the property checking for any security breaches or roof damage. We will monitor your sprinkler system, landscaping and pool. A pool can be a large expense if left unattended. Even with a pool service there are many times HWS will have to fill the pool to the proper level. Your pool pump can burn out in less than a week causing hundreds of dollars in repairs. HWS will also bring in packages, papers, small debris, and start automobile(s) upon request. Service FeesHWS fees are based on our client's individual services schedule. We believe in personally meeting the prospective client at their home to accurately price Home Watchers of Sarasota’s services. We want our clients to have peace of mind that everything is being taken care of while they are away. Concierge ServicesHWS also provides a variety of short-term or one-time personalized services including: hurricane preparation, meeting appliance repairmen, waiting for deliveries, meeting scheduled appointments, or help track a project or renovation. HWS can help keep things moving on our client’s timeline or budget. Once again saving the client money. On arrival or departure for you or guests, HWS can arrange for a cleaning service, stocking your refrigerator, or just a light dusting and vacuuming if needed. Billing will be for a minimum of one hour at $50 with each additional hour at $25. QuestionsWhat is your territory?Home Watchers of Sarasota covers Sarasota, Osprey, Nokomis, Lakewood Ranch, and South Manatee County. What happens if there is a problem with my property?Home Watchers of Sarasota will assess the situation, document with pictures and discuss the issue with the client. We then will make arrangements with our various vendors to resolve the problem. On completion, we will send new pictures for the client to see the final results. How do you communicate with your clients?HWS will provide an inspection record after each service visit to your home. We will send monthly reports to you based on your requirements. If there is a problem we will immediately document it with pictures and discuss the situation with you. From that point we can move forward towards helping you resolve the issue. |
